FIRST NIGHT GAME OF SEASON HIGHLIGHTS GERMAN LEAGUE WEEK 4

Two familiar teams are sitting on top of the division standings in the German League heading into Week 4 of the Bundesliga’s 2009 schedule. The Solingen Alligators are 6-0 out the gate to lead the North Division by two games over the 4-0 Paderborn Untouchables. The Alligators were scheduled to host the 3-3 Pulheim Gophers Saturday, April 18 in a day-night doubleheader, with the second game being the first game under the lights in Germany this season. In other North Division games, Paderborn will play the HSV Stealers and the Dortmund Wanderers will be looking for their first win of the season in a home twinbill against the Cologne Cardinals.

In the South, Regensburg’s Buchbinder Legionaere are 4-0 heading into an important two-game road doubleheader against the 3-1 Mainz Athletics on April 18.
